17 August 2007 - Hurricane Dean became the second major Atlantic storm of the 2007 season ripping through the Caribbean as a category 5 hurricane.

Hurricane Dean Sustained winds of 130mph to 155mph (reported gusts much higher) affected islands of firstly St Lucia then Jamaica before making landfall in Belize.
